Her fiance James Packer has an eye-watering net worth that makes hers look quite modest.
Mariah
Carey hinted that a prenuptial agreement may be in order when she weds
the Australian businessman this summer, as she sat down with Andy Cohen
on Watch What Happens Live on Tuesday.
'Will there be a prenup?' the Bravo host asked. 'You’re both very valuable.'
'We want prenup, we want prenup!' the songstress said jokingly, quoting Kanye West's 2005 hit Gold Digger.
'Look, everybody’s valuable.' she added.
According
to Forbes the We Belong Together hitmaker is worth about $510 million
while Packer's net worth is a staggering $4.7 billion.
One thing Mariah did say for certain however was that she will not be having a circus-themed wedding.
Andy asked the songstress if the rumours were true that she will have exotic animals on her big day.
'No, that really made me mad. These people really want to tell me I want endangered animals at my wedding,
'I mean, I have several dogs' she added.
Mariah co-parents five-year-old twins Monroe and Morrocan with ex Nick Cannon.
While
the two have yet to finalise the details of their divorce, the singer
is busy planning every detail of an intimate yet luxurious summer
wedding to her businessman beau.
Andy
admired Mariah's 35-carat diamong engagement ring and revealed the poll
question asked whether her ring was 'too big' or 'just right'.
'Anyone who says "too big" is a hater,' the star declared.
Mariah and Australian billionaire James Packer announced they were engaged in January after less than a year of dating.
During the interview Mariah also threw some shade at fellow divas Jennifer Lopez and Nicki Minaj.
The Hero hitmaker was asked about her rivals after the notorious video when she dismissed J.Lo by saying: 'I don't know her'.
Empty chair: Andy was left hanging on Watch What Happens Live on Tuesday
when guest Mariah Carey showed up late and he was forced to start the
show with an empty chair
When Cohen asked her to say three nice things about the rapper, she stared blankly at the camera and continued to sip her drink.
The interview didn't get off to the best start as the singer arrived late for the live show.
Cohen was left hanging alone for a few excruciating moments while he waited for the singer to arrive.
The
47-year-old host was also sitting in the chair usually allocated for
his guests, rather than his usual seat, because the tardy powerhouse
insisted on displaying her 'good side'.
'I
love live TV… because not only am I sitting in the wrong seat, I'm not
sure why, I'm sure she'll tell me when she gets here… but Mariah Carey
is not here,' grumbled Cohen as he waited for Mariah's arrival on live
air.
She made it: Mariah was a few minutes late to the live Bravo chat show - and offered no apology
Air kiss: The pop superstar gave Andy an air kiss as they greeted each other
